Admixtures
Admixtures are additional chemical substances that are added to the mixture to be worked on (concrete, mortar, coating) in order to improve or modify its properties (strength, performance, workability, etc.).

Primers
Primer paint is required as an undercoat before applying the upper layers to any surface. Sealing porous areas and extending coverage with paint sealer will ensure a longer lasting coat. Available in different variants, it is important that the right basecoat paint is chosen for the job. Some wall primers create barriers to stop wood from bleeding, others focus on being flexible, fast drying and easy to clean. Top brands are available in various colours and finishes.
Adhesives
Adhesives are used for bonding a variety of materials. Adhesive can be manufactured from a range of substances, with each having different properties. From waterproof adhesive to glass adhesive, it is important to choose the right glue for the job. This will depend on the surface of which its being applied and the strength of hold required. Many are used to bond specific materials. Choose from a wide range of brands, colours and sizes.
Tile Adhesives
Tile adhesive is used to safely and securely stick tiles to surfaces. Tiling adhesive needs to be strong when fixing tiles to ensure they don’t slip and smash and become unsafe. It’s important to check set and cure times to ensure the mixture is still usable once starting a job and doesn’t dry out too quickly. This will save time on a job and save materials being wasted. Most adhesive for tiles will work with ceramic, porcelain, or stone.
